We recommend that you carefully read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before using NeuroQuest AI's services.

Terms of Use

By accessing or using the NeuroQuest AI platform and extension, the User fully agrees to these terms, including the liability limitations, warranty disclaimers, and data protection rules. If you do not agree, immediately discontinue use of the application.

1. Definitions

"Agreement": these Terms of Use, including documents linked or referenced herein.
"Communication Services": third-party services such as forums, blogs, social networks or online communities that allow User interaction with the public or groups, linked or accessed through the Platform.
"Contact Information": data voluntarily provided by the User, such as name, email, phone, address, username, and browsing data. Does not include Sensitive Data.
"User Data": all Contact Information and other data provided to NeuroQuest or collected by NeuroQuest in connection with Platform use, except for Sensitive Data.
"User Materials": all content entered, posted, transmitted or submitted by the User on the Platform. Comments, suggestions and feedback about the Platform are not considered User Materials.
"User": individual or legal entity that uses NeuroQuest's services, as identified in the registration or subscription form. Platform use is restricted to those 18 years or older.
"Personal Data": any data related to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined by Article 5, I of the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law).
"Sensitive Data": data defined by Article 5, II of the LGPD, such as that relating to racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, health or sexual life, among others.
"Subscription Service": set of NeuroQuest features and functionalities accessed through subscription, including software, content, APIs and online/offline interfaces operated by the company.
"Third-Party Products": software, services or content provided by third parties that integrate or interact with the Subscription Service.
"Third-Party Sites": external pages accessed from links on the Platform, including Communication Services.

2. Subscription Service

a. Access: during the subscription period, NeuroQuest grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access their LinkedIn account for profile analysis execution.
b. Limitations: NeuroQuest may restrict or suspend functionalities for technical, operational, legal or security reasons at any time.
c. Changes: NeuroQuest reserves the right to modify the Platform at any time, including adding, removing or changing functionalities.

3. Payments

Paid plans will be charged according to the values informed at the time of contracting, with credit card. NeuroQuest may use third parties to process payments and the User authorizes such sharing in accordance with LGPD terms.

4. Term and Renewal

The subscription will remain valid until the total use of the contracted number of analyses, according to the User's choice.

5. NeuroQuest AI Intellectual Property

The User acquires no rights over the software or Platform content. It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from NeuroQuest without express authorization.

6. User Property

The User remains the owner of their Personal Data and Materials. NeuroQuest will use such data only as necessary for service execution, respecting LGPD principles.

7. Advertising

The User authorizes NeuroQuest to use their brand or name in promotional materials, unless otherwise requested.

8. Data Protection

NeuroQuest AI will process Personal Data in compliance with the LGPD. Data will be used exclusively for providing contracted services, based on adequate legal grounds. Processing based on legitimate interest will be preceded by a personal data protection impact report (RIPD), as required by Article 10 of the LGPD. The User may exercise their rights as data subject as provided by law. The User agrees not to enter Sensitive Data on the Platform, except with specific legal authorization.

9. Acceptable Use

The User shall use the Platform ethically and in accordance with Brazilian legislation. NeuroQuest is not responsible for content accessed via third-party Communication Services.

10. Third-Party Sites and Products

NeuroQuest is not responsible for content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites or products.

11. Indemnification

The User will be responsible for any damages caused to NeuroQuest in case of improper use of the Platform or breach of this Agreement, including improper collection or processing of Personal Data.

12. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limitation

a. Warranties: the Platform is provided "as is". NeuroQuest does not guarantee absence of failures or that services will meet User expectations.
b. Liability limitation: NeuroQuest's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User in the last 12 months, except in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence or legal obligations under the Consumer Protection Code.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract at any time. Termination implies immediate suspension of access and data deletion according to NeuroQuest's retention policy. If the User still has available queries within their plan but wants to remove NeuroQuest's authorization, the request must be sent to contact@neuroquest.ai.

14. General Provisions

a. Changes: this Agreement may be unilaterally modified by NeuroQuest, with changes being notified electronically.
b. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: this contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP is elected, with waiver of any other, no matter how privileged.
c. Severability: the invalidity of one clause does not invalidate the remainder of the Agreement.
d. Notices: must be made by email to the addresses indicated by the parties.
e. Entire Agreement: this Agreement supersedes any prior understanding between the parties.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 06/01/2025

This Privacy Policy describes how NeuroQuest, a legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 26.892.183/0001-90, with headquarters at R. Satélite Ariel, 218, Jardim Casa Grande, São Paulo, CEP 04.858-490, collects, uses, shares and protects personal data processed through the browser extension that operates on LinkedIn's website.

We are committed to processing personal data ethically, transparently and in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018).

1. Purpose of Processing

The NeuroQuest extension aims to:

• Collect publicly available data from LinkedIn profiles, such as name, position, current company, location and industry.
• Display this information in an enhanced way, for profile and personality analysis purposes.
• Allow profile classification and segmentation, according to legitimate interest criteria (e.g. market analysis, research, recruitment).

We do not collect sensitive data or private communications.

2. Collected Data

Depending on interaction with the extension, we may collect:

Collection is limited to the visible DOM of LinkedIn's page, and never includes private messages, financial data or sensitive behavior information.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Data processing is performed based on the following LGPD legal grounds (art. 7):

• Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): for market analysis, segmentation and profile insights purposes, provided it does not violate the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent (art. 7, I): for specific functionalities such as sending notifications or data export.
• Contract execution (art. 7, V): in cases of corporate use contracted by clients.

In case of sensitive data use or behavioral inferences, specific and highlighted consent will be requested.

4. Security Measures

We adopt appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against:

• Unauthorized access
• Loss, destruction, alteration or leakage
• Data subject reidentification risks

5. Storage and Retention

Collected data may be stored in cloud servers located in Brazil or abroad, respecting LGPD's art. 33.

Data will be maintained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes listed in this policy, or while there is a contractual or legal relationship with the data subject.

6. Data Subject Rights

You, as data subject, have the right to:

• Confirm existence of processing
• Access your data
• Correct incomplete or outdated data
• Request anonymization, blocking or deletion
• Withdraw consent
• Request portability or explanation about automated use

7. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share data with third parties, except:

• Partners contractually bound to confidentiality
• Cloud and infrastructure providers
• Public authorities, upon legal order

We never sell or commercialize personal data.

8. International Data Transfer

If international transfer occurs, it will be performed with adequate safeguards, under LGPD's art. 33 terms, and only with providers that meet compatible protection standards.

9. Cookies Policy

The extension may use browser local cookies for:

• Storing user preferences
• Controlling session and authentication
• Measuring extension performance
