NEUROQUEST AI (“we”), as the data controller, explains how it collects and processes the personal data you provide when accessing the NeuroQuest AI Platform applications, available at https://neuroquest.ai, including the purposes of processing, as the Platform operator.

“Personal data” refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person or a set of distinct information that can lead to the identification of a particular individual. Examples of personal data include: name, surname, CPF, email address, location data, IP address (internet protocol), connection cookies, among others.

You can always choose not to proceed with registration and not disclose your personal data.

Please note that data registration on the Platform is necessary for you to enjoy the functionalities available, and by continuing with the registration, you consent to the processing of your data.

Information on personal data processed and the purposes of data processing

By proceeding with the registration on the Platform, you agree to the processing of your personal data provided to NeuroQuest AI. NeuroQuest AI collects and processes the personal data entered into the Platform for various purposes:

  • User Account Creation: If you (“User”) log into the Platform, we will process the personal data related to your account to enable access, create the account, register you as a User, and enable adherence to the Terms of Use.

  • Access to content: If you access the Platform, we will process your personal data to manage your requests and orders and to provide the Platform’s services.

  • Order management: Processing your order and related steps.

  • User communication: Sending updated information about your registration and orders (e.g., order received, order confirmed).

  • Compliance: Ensuring Platform use in compliance with applicable law.

  • Security: Guaranteeing your security and that of other users on the Platform.

  • Sending communications and advertising: Delivering content and communications about courses and training.

  • Personalization of offers: Personalizing the targeting of offers on the Platform according to your preferences.

  • Classification and grouping of information: Consolidating statistical data on website access and traffic volume.

  • Development of internal studies on interests, behaviors, and demographics: Better understanding your personal preferences to improve and customize your experience.

  • Customer service: Contacting the support center.

  • Data analysis: Analyzing marketing campaigns and performance.

  • Recording Platform accesses: Complying with legal obligations to retain IP addresses, access dates, and times to the Platform.

In addition to the data and purposes mentioned above, we may process data related to your device, including access dates and times, session ID, device version used, domain names, areas of the site you visit, your operating system, the operating system version you use, the browser version, and the URL before your visit, geographical location, reference source, browser type, clickstream, visit duration, pages visited, and geolocation, for various purposes, such as providing our services, identifying and authenticating Users and guests, developing and improving our products and services, among others.

We will process your personal data in accordance with the legal bases provided by Law No. 13.709/2018, the General Data Protection Law or “LGPD,” including, as applicable, consent, contract execution, legitimate interest, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Retention Period

NeuroQuest AI has a policy for retaining and discarding personal data aligned with the General Data Protection Law. Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to:

(i) fulfill the purposes for which it was collected; (ii) comply with legal, regulatory, contractual obligations, or others; or (iii) safeguard NeuroQuest AI’s rights.

If you have registered an account on the Platform, your account information will be maintained as long as you keep the account active. If you request deletion of your data or account, NeuroQuest AI may retain the data after your deletion request if necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to exercise rights in an administrative or judicial process. We may keep the data in an anonymized manner, meaning without the data being related to you, for longer periods.

Categories of recipients of personal data

NeuroQuest AI operates in partnership with several other companies to offer Platform functionalities. Therefore, we may share your personal data with these companies, always striving to preserve your privacy to the maximum extent possible and, whenever possible, in anonymized form.

Below are situations in which we may share your personal data:

  • Sharing with NeuroQuest AI concessionaire or authorized distributor.

  • Sharing with the person responsible for providing the Service, who may be a NeuroQuest AI employee, a concessionaire or authorized distributor, a NeuroQuest AI affiliate, or a third party.

  • Sharing with the company responsible for processing your payments (or another service provider that may replace them).

  • Sharing with auditing companies solely for conducting audits of NeuroQuest AI’s operations and to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

  • Sharing with competent judicial, administrative, or governmental authorities, whenever there is a legal determination, request, requirement, or court order, as required by law.
